Stay in this pose for 15-20 seconds and then back to normal pose, repeat it 3 times.

§  Child Pose : Sit on your knees first and take a deep breath in. Now lift your hands and bend your spine to touch your head to floor. Take your hands down to and touch the floor with your palm. Make sure your chest should touch your knee and head touch ground. Stay in this pose for some time and then back to starting pose. Repeat this pose 4 times.

§  Triangle Pose : To practice triangle pose, open your legs a bit and stand straight. Then, take your right leg little outside, open your hands and try to hold your right leg toe with right hand. Remember your spine must straight, stay in this pose for some time and then repeat it with left leg as well.
